Terms & Conditions
Scope of work: A clear scope of work will be agreed upon between the Customer and Kingfisher Gardens (the Supplier) before any services commence. This will outline the specific tasks, materials (if applicable), timeline, and any exclusions. Any additional work outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges.
Payment terms: Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date for business customers & if residential, day of completion.
Late payment fees: A 10% late fee will be added every 10 days to any overdue balance from the due date.
Cancellations: Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 25% of the service charge*(Subject to Circumstance)
Access: Clients must ensure clear and safe access to the property on the scheduled service date. If access is obstructed, services may be delayed or charged in full.
Liability: While all reasonable care is taken, Kingfisher Gardens accepts no liability for:
Pre-existing damage to plants, structures, or underground services
Delays caused by weather, illness, or other unforeseen events
Damage caused due to incorrect information or a lack of access provided by the client
Waste Removal: Garden waste removal is included unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon with the customer in advance.
Quotes & pricing: All quotes are valid for 28 days from the date of issue. If the scope of work changes, the final cost may be adjusted accordingly.
Force Majeure: Kingfisher Gardens shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, fire, pandemic, strikes, or supply chain disruptions. In such cases, service may be postponed or cancelled without penalty.
Kingfisher Gardens Limited holds full public liability insurance, and an available copy is available to the customer upon request. This is noted on the second page of all invoices and quotes.
